Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Application Development
Engineering to oversee the design and implementation of enterprise
software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team responsible for developing and implementing complex
software solutions
Coordinate with third-party development teams and ensure adherence
to standards and policies
Provide coaching and career development for junior developers while
reporting on application progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent
experience
Prior management experience in application development
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce is desired
