Job Type: Full-time (32 hours onsite with a property, 8 hours of classroom education per week

Salary: From $19.00 per hour

Start date: May 23rd, 2025

We're offering a free 6-week training course where you'll not only learn valuable skills but also get paid while doing it. Plus, you can earn up to a $1,000 completion bonus once you're hired and meet the qualifications. (100% attendance required for the bonus.)

What You'll Learn:

48 hours of in-class training: Covering the basics of interior and exterior maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical work, and more.
96 hours of hands-on apprenticeship: Work alongside a seasoned maintenance professional at a real apartment community in the greater Denver Metro Area, earning $19/hour. Some communities offer up to 32 hours of work per week.

Your Job Duties:

Assist with apartment turns, resident maintenance requests, and routine property upkeep.
Make repairs following established policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Help maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities.
Show strong customer service by treating residents and team members with respect.
Maintain open lines of communication with the team.

Program Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be 18 years or older.
Must pass a background check and drug screen before beginning the program.
Commit to attending class from 8 AM - 5 PM on Fridays during the 6-week program.
Commit to working up to 32 hours Monday-Thursday between 8 AM - 5 PM during the program.
Be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Note: Students will be assigned to a participating apartment community closest to their residence on a first-come, first-served basis.
