KRUEGER, a 73-year-old industry leader, is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail.
• Research new business opportunities through B2B channels.
• Supervise team activity and results, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring seamless data management.
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving team growth and success.

  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate, ensuring efficient team performance.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
    Licensing Requirements:
    
    
    • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
    • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
