Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs, CO. As a RN on our Women's Care and Infants unit, you will provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice, while modeling proficiency through precepting new team members.

Responsibilities:

--- Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
--- Prioritizes wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice
--- Models proficiency through precepting new team members
--- Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care
--- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes

Requirements:

--- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
--- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
--- 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
--- NRP within 6 months of hire or transfer
--- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
