OverviewAbout You: As a Senior Product Manager of eCommerce
Platforms, you will lead the strategy, performance, and operations
of our digital commerce ecosystem. This role oversees all eCommerce
touchpoints, including websites (Noodles.com,
Catering.Noodles.com), mobile apps (iOS and Android), and
third-party delivery platforms (DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub). Your
goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure
operational excellence, and drive revenue growth.You'll manage the
development of digital products from concept to launch, leveraging
data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey. Partnering
with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, you will
ensure the digital purchase experience aligns with business goals

- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy across
websites, mobile apps, and third-party platforms, aligned with
business goals.
- Leverage guest feedback and data insights to refine the
customer journey and inform strategic priorities.
- Define and communicate a long-term digital product vision that
adapts to evolving guest needs and business priorities.
- Manage relationships with agencies and third-party partners to
align on goals, promotional strategies, and contracts.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and innovative
solutions to enhance digital commerce capabilities.
- Build strong partnerships with external vendors and evaluate
tools, technologies, and features to support business growth.Owned
eCommerce Channels
- Lead the development and optimization of digital platforms,
including websites, apps, and digital menu boards, to deliver
seamless guest experiences.
- Use data insights and A/B testing to prioritize feature
development and identify improvements that align with business and
guest needs.
- Manage complex projects from research and design through user
acceptance testing (UAT) and post-launch analysis.
- Oversee multiple digital and technical workstreams, ensuring
scalability and efficiency through thoughtful planning and resource
management.
- Develop a product roadmap to balance short- and long-term goals
while meeting business needs.
- Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to align platforms with
campaigns, menu launches, and promotions.
- Drive SEO strategies and content management to improve organic
visibility and guest engagement.Third-Party eCommerce Platforms
- Manage promotional budgets, ad strategies, and campaigns for
platforms like DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party account
managers to align on goals, resolve operational issues, and
optimize performance.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as order accuracy,
cancellation rates, guest satisfaction, and conversion
funnels.
- Analyze marketplace data on sales, traffic, and guest behavior
to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Benchmark competitor pricing, product offerings, and promotions
to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Track ROI for ad spend and experiment with new tools and
features to enhance marketplace performance.
- Pilot new product launches and limited-time offerings, using
data insights to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on marketplace platform changes, ensuring
strategies remain effective.
- Lead the long-term strategy for third-party platforms,
including expansion opportunities, revenue targets, and investment
priorities.Analytics and Reporting
- Drive KPIs like conversion rates, bounce rates, and revenue,
ensuring continuous improvement across digital platforms.
- Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Google Analytics
and Power BI to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement advanced tagging strategies to ensure accurate data
tracking and reliable reporting.What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or
a related field, or equivalent work experience (MBA or advanced
education preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or
product management, with proven success managing digital platforms
(websites, apps, and third-party marketplaces).
- Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe
Analytics, Power BI) and A/B testing to optimize performance.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, UX best practices, and Agile
processes, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Drupal/WordPress, Soci/Yext,
and HTML for managing projects and collaborating effectively.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the
ability to oversee multiple workstreams and align cross-functional
teams.
- A passion for improving digital commerce capabilities and
delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support
Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We're seeking candidates who either
reside locally or are open to relocating.
