About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Customer Officer
(CCO) with a strong background in B2B SaaS, particularly in the
areas of customer success and strategic account management. The
ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving net
revenue retention (NRR) and be adept at building and leading
customer-centric organizations. This role is pivotal in the
company's international expansion, and the CCO will be tasked with
maximizing customer value, ensuring high retention, and driving
sustainable growth. Responsibilities include building a scalable
customer success function, managing the entire customer lifecycle,
and aligning customer outcomes with the company's goals.The
successful CCO will be a strategic leader, passionate about
creating and implementing impactful strategies that elevate
customer success and growth. They will work closely with the
executive team to shape the customer success strategy and will have
